The 22-minute tractate explores the cultural, artistic, and political conditions of the post-socialist space in Eastern Europe and the former Yugoslavia during the 1980s and 1990s. It features performances and commentary by the IRWIN collective, as well as contributions from Slovenian philosopher Slavoj Žižek and media theorist Peter Weibel.
